Bookcase turned into vanity?

There is a 3 shelf bookcase in my bedroom, the height of a vanity. It is right underneath an antique mirror that has been in my family for a long time. My fiancée loves vanities and I think she would love if I made this bookcase a vanity for her, since she always uses that mirror and top shelf for makeup. It is made of that thin plastic-wood stuff. I can't remember the name of it but it's not like real wood. How difficult would this be to do? Is it even possible? Thank you for your help.

no it's not that hard to put a mirror attached to something their is several ways to do this and-Drilling holes in the bottom of the mirror and into the bookcase is a options and using Doll's to hook the two together,or just cut a piece of wood for both sides and use them as supports on the back!
