What computer notebook has Windows XP installed on it today?

I'm trying to buy a brand new notebook, but it seems that most of the computers nowadays have installed windows vista instead of windows xp on it. I really want to buy a computer with windows xp programmed on it...any suggestions? also, can you switch or request switch from windows vista to windows xp? and do windows vista programs work with programs in windows xp? thanks

Most netbooks have XP preinstalled. And no you can't request an operating system unless it's online, and you can't run Windows Vista programs in XP.
