What are the pros and cons to buying tv's online?

I am looking to buy 5 22 inch lcd's for my office, and they are about 80$ cheaper online. I have never really gotten anything nice online before. Are there any issues are negatives to buying from websites like amazon.com etc... ? What are they, should I pay the extra to get them from a dealer?
